We are getting in two Shih Tzu's and a Chihuahua

Cosmo Poodle

Cosmo is around 2 years old (under 10 lbs). He can be a bit shy at first but is really starting to come oout of his shell in his foster home. He'd love a quiet home to adopt him.

Yogie Dachshund mix

Yogie is a very sweet and friendly wire haired dachshund mix with maybe some Yorkie.
He is a real love and wants nothing more to be petted and loved. He seems to be housetrained. He does like to wander so he can not go out with being in a fenced yard or on a leash. He has not been with us long so he only sometimes pays attention to his name. He is about 1-2 years old. He is now neutered and current on vaccinations and microchipped.

Katrina Rat Terrier

Katrina is just over a year old. She was born 3/16/08. She is housetrained and good with cats, kids and other dogs. She is not a hyper girl more timid then active. She comes with her own kennel and bedding. She also comes with her heartworm and flea and tick treatment. Her family did not have enough time for her anymore so they wanted us to help find her a new home. She is a sweet quite girl. A little on the heavy side so she needs to lose some weight. Her mom was a full rat terrier.

Rusty Pomeranian

Rusty is just around a year old. He weighs 6.1 lbs but is a bit skinny (we'd think he'll be around 7-8lb when he fills out and gains some muscle). He came from a puppymill so everything is new to him. He can be a bit shy at first but does warm up quickly. He likes to be held and cuddles. He is learning to run and play with the other dogs outside and everyday you can see his "smile" grow as he gets happier and happier. He does have luxating platellas (loose kneecaps) but they don't seem to slow him down or bother him. The new owner should be aware that if they do get worse one day (and they may never), they would need surgery. He will be a fabulous dog in a quite home willing to continue to socialize him. He is young and learning quickly that life can be good. He is a real sweetheart.

Wally Pekingese

Wally is just around a year old. His owner was having health problems and was in-and-out of the hospital. She just couldn't take care of him any longer. Wally has been around grandkids and does well. He is also good with other dogs. He is easy-going and likes just about anyone.

Bandit Silky Terrier

Bandit is a very sweet dog. He came from a puppy mill. He is very nice and friendly. I little timid but getting better everyday in a home environment. He is also doing very good at learning house training. He likes other dogs. He is about 6 months old.

Widget Pomeranian/Yorkie mix

Widget is a yorkie/pomeranian mix. She is appromiately 6 months old and weighs 4 pounds. She loves to lay on your lap and give kisses. She also loves to play with toys and really enjoys treats. She is very small and is quite the escape artist. She enjoys going outside and finding ways to escape so it is important that she is in a home with a really good fence. We take her out on a leash because she is able to crawl under our fence. She is doing well with potty training and looks forward to her treat when she goes potty outside. Overall, Widget is a loveable puppy who would make a great addition to any family.

Ariel Toy Fox Terrier

Ariel is around 2 and a half years old and weighs around 11 lbs. She is super friendly but not hyper. She wiggles her whole body when she sees you and gives the gentlest kisses on your chin if you let her. For most of her life, she was a breeder's dog but now she we make a great family pet. She adores attention and would be best with someone willing to spend some time training her since she is very smart. She likes to play with other dogs, has great "doggie manners", and is very interested in cats but has not chased them (yet!).

Trip Miniature Pinscher

Trip is special boy. He is sweet as can be. He came from a local shelter because he seemed off. The vet thinks he might have had a reaction to a puppy shot when he was a baby. He has balance issues from time to time and it takes him longer to get around. That is why he can not go to a home with kids or a very busy home. He is fine with other dogs, they know he is a little off. He just got neutered and already his housetraining is better. He does need a fenced in yard or on a leash when out. He will take off and not look back. He has a full tail and his ears are not cropped. He is a sweet dog that just needs a nice place with patience people to love him.

If you are interested in one of our dogs, either contact us with your questions or fill out an adoption form and e-mail it back to us. We will then contact you.

Since we are NOT A SHELTER and all our dogs are in volunteer foster homes, we will put you in touch with the appropriate foster parent so you can find out more about the dog of interest and set up a visitation.

We do a home inspection before the adoption is final just to make sure the dog will be going to a safe and loving home.

All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. To help offset the medical care that they have received, a donation is requested at the time of adoption.
