If you are interested in adopting one of our rescue dogs, please fill out the Adoption Application and mail it back to one of the names on the bottom of the application.

We then do a home inspection to make sure you are able to provide a good and safe enviroment.  If you currently have pets and are wanting to adopt from Midwest Dog Rescue Network, your pets will need to be current on their rabies vaccinations and be altered.
