If you are interested in adopting one of our rescue dogs, please fill out the Adoption Application and mail it back to one of the names on the bottom of the application.

We will then contact you if we think you are a match for our dogs and arrange a homevisit.   If you currently have pets and are wanting to adopt from Midwest Dog Rescue Network, your pets will need to be current on their rabies vaccinations and be altered.

  All of our adoptions are contingent upon an approved application, home visit, reference check, obedience training agreement, and signing of adoption contract.
All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. To help pay for their medical bills, we do have adoption fees, that are requested at the time of adoption.

All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We are not a shelter with hours. A visit can be arranaged after an adoption questionnaire has been filled out and sent in.Please try email first. We are all volunteers that work so we can not easily take or make phone calls.
